Cambridge English - Starters (Level 1) (Mon1900)

Vocabulary Development: Students will learn basic words and phrases related to everyday topics such as colors, numbers, animals, family, and common objects.

Listening Skills: Students will practice listening to simple sentences and short dialogues to understand spoken English.

Speaking Skills: Students will engage in activities that promote correct pronunciation, intonation, and fluency in simple conversations.

Reading Skills: Students will read short passages and recognize common words and phrases, enhancing their reading comprehension.

Writing Skills: Students will practice writing basic sentences and filling in simple forms, helping them to write correctly and coherently.

Depending on the progress of the class, teachers may assign homework from time to time to compliment the studies. All homework will be distributed and submitted through this platform.

Papers and pen or pencil, preferably with a printer at home so that worksheets (if any) can be printed out for students learning.

This is the first level of Young Learner English program. Each level will take 4 terms (12 months) to complete. Upon completing of this level, students will proceed to Super Starter (Level 2).
